As a CPA Centric Sales Representative for HRO, you'll generate sales and exceed sales targets exclusively through accountant referrals and client referrals. Each Centric Representative will be assigned to a list of accounting firms, aligned to Small Business Services representatives, potential Major Accounts Services representatives, and Centric CPA District Managers to collaborate with them to gain access and pull leads from their assigned accounting firms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and growing relationships with accounting firms by acting as a business partner with Small Business Services, Major Account Services, and accountants to provide education on Human Resource Outsourcing solutions for their clients. Strategies include industry updates, CPE offerings, benchmarking, and CPA experience.
- Sustain strategic weekly activity levels with a minimum of ten face-to-face accountant meetings with a goal of sixteen referrals and one closed unit a month. Include scheduled partner meetings in weekly activity.
- Complete two CPA experience meetings a month.
- Be one of a team of contacts for firms (referred and identified mutual clients) while providing additional products and services to these clients.
- Partner with other internal ADP business units to establish new accountant relationships.
- Maintain accurate activity and contact information for assigned firms in Salesforce.com.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Payroll experience or relationship sales experience and HRO experience
