Responsibilities
- Use your skills to be a specialist in providing solutions to all our offerings, HR, Payroll, Benefits and more.
- Put your problem-solving skills to use and troubleshoot technology issues.
- Provide state of the art service using our digital technology tools and channels.
- Partner with our teams to help provide a seamless experience for our clients.
- Build relationships with client administrators to help them run their business by applying empathy and a sense of urgency with every interaction.
- Continuous learning of product features, services and compliance to safeguard our clients and their employees.
- Provide leaders with suggestions around how to make your job easier and share what's most important to your clients.
Experience -- Required Qualifications
- 2 years in a Customer Service environment
- 2 years HR Generalist, Payroll or Benefits experience
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience
- A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently while making sound decisions
- Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP
- Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
- Proven ability to produce positive results.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrate organizational skills like the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up promptly.
Skills:
- Typing proficiency of 50 wpm
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Love to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills using an omnichannel approach
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills and demonstrated client conflict resolution skills necessary
- Project management and effective time management skills necessary
- Be a change agent and participate in the agile development of the digital experience
- Basic knowledge of ADP's WFN (or other enterprise PR & H&W) products and a proven proficiency of navigating the ADP organization (or other) to resolve client requests required preferred
BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications
- Industry specific certifications such as PHR or CPP
- Up to 1 year of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
- Experience learning and applying basic concepts in new situations regarding a sophisticated, Human Capital Management system in areas such as HR, Payroll, Tax, Benefits, 401k, etc. in both a classroom and in a hands-on environment.
- Experience using Human Capital Management tools.
- Compliance knowledge around HR, Payroll and Benefits.
- History using and contributing to a knowledge management system.
