The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for increasing sales associate productivity across ADP Sales through sales tool experience, adoption, and data-driven results. The individual will be measured on overall ADP sales results, ASP, and tool adoption. This role will be part of a digital selling center of excellence responsible for managing a portfolio of modern sales tools that align with the WWCO's strategic goals and objectives. This person will be passionate about empowering ADP Sales with a portfolio of modern selling tools to drive success, efficiency, effectiveness & improve the seller - buyer experience.

Duties Include:
- Product ownership of sales tech stack including vendor relationship, user management, onboarding & implementation, activating results-driven programs & customer success, product roadmap, integrations, and utilization metrics.
- Responsible for coordinating with the BU Operations and Sales Leadership teams to activate sales productivity tools and programs that drive field effectiveness. Tech stack includes, but are not limited to, a wide range of best-in-class tools from: Revenue Intelligence, Engagement, Enablement, Outreach, Data and Social.
- Supported the creation of ADP sales process and driving tool utilization, ASP, and market growth
- Coach sales leadership on how to drive sales tools and effectiveness of their teams
- Support and develop training for roll outs of new and existing tools
- 3 seat rides/feedback sessions a month
- Communications on tool utilization to drive engagement and adoptions (ex. Tip-of-the-day week, Sales Wins, quantitative results)
- Work with BU Sales Ops and Marketing teams for additional tool support
- Trained on Sales Methodology
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibilities include Strategy & Discover, Requirements, Evaluation & Integrations, Rollout & Feedback, Adoption & Utilization, Data & Reporting
- Works closely with Sales Operations around the implementation, execution, and inspection of BU strategic initiatives, tools, projects, rollouts, etc.
- Work closely with Sales and Sales Ops Leadership to design and implement the sales strategy to improve ASP, increase sales effectiveness through the utilization of Best in Class tools, and meet/exceed sales plan.
- Collaborates with relevant roles to create and implement programs to improve ASP, breadth of participation and sales results.
- Collaborate with sales operations teams to identify and execute on key strategic productivity and development initiatives for sales.
- Evaluates key trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across the ADP when it comes to tool adoption and effectiveness
- Report market information regarding competitors, as well as sales inhibitors and sales successes and best practices where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional communication skills
- Technology acumen
- 3 years Sales or Sales Operations experience
- Understanding of Marketing and ability to work alongside the function
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Works well under pressure, has a high tolerance for stress & comfortable in change
- Outstanding organizational & time management skills
- Analytical thinker
