Job Details This is an exciting role reporting into the Capacity Planning & MI Manager, working in partnership with leaders of the business as a subject matter expert in optimising Demand and Supply across a number of business areas, specialising in Field Operations. You will be supporting Senior Leaders in a consultative manner, providing in-depth and value-added support and analysis. A fully experienced and flexible Resource Planning Specialist/Business or Commercial Analyst who will form part of a team responsible for the optimisation of the customer contact strategy across the Enterprise. What you will do Design and embed standard planning models across the Enterprise to support various business areas in delivery of performance targets, (Forecast models, Capacity Plans, Recruitment Plans, Impact Assessments) continually seeking ways to improve supply and demand wastage through challenge and innovation and provide cost effective and efficient recommendations to the senior leadership team. Provide effective action on any unforeseen events or issues to ensure the customer experience has minimal effects. Maximise people and process efficiency across all departments in line with business requirements and demand. Influence and guide senior managers across the business to assist with delivery and performance. Innovate and refine business processes to increase revenue, reduce costs and improve accuracy. Prepare informed executive summaries in support of all resource planning output to assist operational decision making. Creating and managing long/medium term and forecasts for all demand workloads and resource, monitoring drivers against business change & developing models to improve accuracy. Collaborate with key business partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement of workforce planning and service levels. How you will do it Demonstrate considerable previous experience in a similar Analytical Role. Previous demonstrable experience of Capacity Planning and “what-if” analysis preferred but financial/commercial analytical experience will be considered. Evidence of strong technical skills including dvanced Excel (including VBA) and potentially SQL/Power BI but not essential. Analytical and data driven, with experience in how to use data to underpin process and behavioural change. Proven experience of delivery of Operational efficiencies through and analysis. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines Strong stakeholder engagement skills and working collaboratively with business leaders. What we look for Required Minimum 5 years’ experience in an analytical role. Advanced excel and analytical skills. Previous demonstrable experience of developing robust demand capacity plans. Excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills and ability to collaborate with Leaders at all levels. Commercially astute, resilient and adaptable Change management capability Presentation skills and ability to demonstrate recommendations to Senior Leaders.
