As the Executive Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic partner for Vice President and above hiring leaders across all business functions to identify external candidates, design recruiting solutions, and ensure top talent is matched to open executive roles. Reporting the VP of Talent Acquisition, the Executive Recruiter will lead full-cycle searches while building executive networks and pipelines that are core to the company’s future success.
Note, in this role you will be required to be onsite at our Boca Raton, FL Headquarters 4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for the company’s Sr. Director and Vice President level roles.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned external retained searches.
- Develop search strategies with a focus on industry and market research, diversity in the talent pool, target companies and ideal candidate profiles.
- Identify and engage with prospective executive candidates who are subject matter and industry experts for networking and pipeline initiatives.
- Leverage long-term relationships with talent pools and communities, developing a comprehensive approach to innovative executive talent sourcing and pipelining.
- Serve as an advisor to business leaders and hiring managers to execute the executive talent strategy and selection of candidates.
- Manage both the candidate screening and assessment framework and create best practices that ensure high-quality hires.
- Lead creation and coordination of interview guides and assessment materials based on relevant competencies and job criteria.
- Optimize candidate interview feedback process.
- Enhance the experience for both executive candidates and hiring managers.
- Construct and negotiate complex offer packages in partnership with total rewards, and partner effectively with human resources to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
- Complete talent mapping for labor market intelligence.
- Involvement with executive referral program – a one point of contact for companywide Senior Leadership network referrals.
- When applicable, provide external candidate profiles for internal/external candidate comparison.
- Proactively pipeline diverse executive talent and create pipelines in advance of hiring needs.
Requirements:
- 10 years recruiting or HR experience.
- 5 years managing executive level searches at Director and above.
- 2 years experience at executive search firm and/or with in-house executive search functions.
- Ability to build credibility with C-Suite leadership.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Strong talent assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Security or Technology industry a plus.
