What are the responsibilities and job description for the Energy Pro Field Manager position at ADT Solar?
The Field Manager of Energypro will oversee day to day operations for in-house teams, field employees and dispatch as well as motivate, organize, and lead field employees ensuring the safety, quality, and the efficiencyof the crew.
Duties:
- Ensure customer satisfaction above all else!
- Interact with customers, installers, and manufacture representatives to address questions or concerns
- Develop and implement Standard Operation Procedures to ensure proper training and supervision of in-house teams
- Communicate and monitoring team expectations; develop and coordinate policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Acquire necessary project materials, tools, and equipment.
- Review and submit bonuses, employee reimbursements, and employee per diems as well as review and approve timecards
- View and submit Air Scrubber contracts
- Setup travel reservations
- Oversees P & L for the region
- Update appropriate statuses in project management software
- Complete site visits to ensure quality and accuracy of work
- Schedule projects and service work
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in the Energy Efficiency Field
- Strong knowledge of residential construction up to including residential weatherizing, insulation and air sealing techniques and technology
- BPI Building Analyst Certification, BPI Infiltration and or Duct Leakage required
- Ability to train in-house teams on proper methods & techniques for energy efficiency upgrades
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving & drug screen
- Ability to work at heights and on ladders as well as in confined spaces, attics & basements
- Valid DL and insurable driving record
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
