This positions serves as the marketing leader on a broad range of projects including development of strategic plans across ADTRAV, new opportunity investigation, analysis of business problems and the outlining of best practices.
Successful candidates for this position will demonstrate skill and leadership in the following:
- Pulling together resources from multiple teams to develop strong marketing strategies and campaigns. Create effective communications including project overviews, business proposals and marketing analyses.
- Plan and track complex marketing campaign launches that include coordination of internal and external resources. Develop milestones and schedules for projects, ensuring project team and stakeholder alignment; manage to, and deliver on, agreed-upon deadlines.
- Understand and identify key interdependencies and critical path tasks, as well as anticipate potential issues.
- Identify ways to improve and streamline processes in order to drive results faster, more efficiently, and with greater impact.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner. Knows project management principles, processes and software.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas.
- 5 years of specific project management experience and/or leading large, complex marketing initiatives.
- 5 years working in media, customer acquisition, or ad agency environment.
- Broad marketing experience across a variety of areas including awareness building, acquisition, engagement and retention. Experience working with other cross-functional teams including creative, product development and market research.
- Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills. Must be very adept at written communications ranging from long form documents to slide presentations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Working knowledge (at a minimum) of the following:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Google Analytics and other related Google ad products
- Zoho or other similar marketing automation software
- Experience shooting and editing video content
