Job Description:
Answering incoming phone calls to take parts order or assist customers with questions Answering incoming emails to fill parts orders or answer customer questions • Packing, weighing, measuring, and shipping outgoing parts orders • Pulling parts orders as required and marking parts for re-order as required • Pulling parts for Service Manager and Service Techs • Greeting customers upon entrance (“30 Second Rule”) and offering a tour of the facility when Sales staff is unavailable • Invoicing and clerking parts sales, both from counter sales, phone calls, and internet including but not limited to walk-ins and baxtercycleparts.com • Keeping customers up-to-date on status of back orders and filling those orders as they come in
