The Business Development Manager is a results-driven staff member who actively identifies, pursues, engages, and solidifies new and existing customers for Advance Services by providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost customer levels, revenue growth, and profitability. Expectations/Responsibilities:
· Identify, pursue, engage, and close new clients and grow existing clients and opportunities including present, promote, and offer services to potential and existing clients based on their needs and Advance Services’ offerings.
· Generate and qualify leads through various methods including cold calling, referrals, research, and other means.
· Coordinate sales activities with local branch locations.
· Complete market research and monitor competitor activity.
· Undertake continual learning and education.
· Ability to travel regionally with daily or overnight stays to have a consistent presence with local office staff, customers & prospects throughout your specific region.

· Excellent customer service skills
· Superb written and verbal communication
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and team members
· Competency with computers, including working with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Thrive in a competitive environment through high productivity and expectations while being self-motivated and taking initiative.
Salary and Benefits:
· Base plus multi-year commission: $55,000-$100,000 average first year income
