Are you a skilled Dispatching Agent with a passion for providing top-notch customer service? Advanced Air , the leading HVAC and refrigeration company, is hiring! We're seeking a dedicated full-time Dispatching Agent - Customer Service Associate to join our team in Ft. Myers, FL .
THE BASICS
This is a full-time position with occasional weekends and nights as needed for exceptional customer support. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $16 - $24 per hour , plus commission and spiffs.

YOUR DAY
Your exceptional customer service skills will be on full display as you communicate with both technicians and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar software preferred
Do you have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you someone with great organizational prowess and excellent multitasking abilities?
