CNA/Home Health Aide

Responsibilities
- Assist our patients with daily care such as grooming, bathing, and toileting
- Assist with medication; take and record vitals
- Assess home situations to determine that our patients are in the best possible environment
- Provide emotional support to our patients and their families
- Provide First Aid and CPR when necessary
- Act as a home health educator for our patient and their families
- Active CPR certification required (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE)
- Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred (not required)
- Valid PPD skin test
