Part-time hours and days are as follows. 

M-Th 8 am-12 pm

F 8 am-4:30 pm

Position Summary

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and routine accounts payable tasks to support the daily operation of the accounts payable function. 

Primary Role

  • Receive, open, and distribute mail
  • Print and distribute invoices
  • Assist with preparing the accounts payable check run as needed
  • File accounting documents, records, and reports
  • Copy or scan documents
  • Assist with reviewing and coding invoices as needed
  • Assist with basic data entry on spreadsheets as needed
  • Assist with addressing and responding to both internal and vendor inquiries as needed
  • Assist with investigating and resolves problems associated with payment discrepancies and inquiries as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
