What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Marketing Consultant - Wyandotte position at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery?
The Regional Marketing Consultant, who reports to the Director of Provider and Community Relations and supports the Marketing Department, crafts local marketing plans in collaboration with the Regional Ops Leadership and Aesthetic Practice Development Manager to grow the company’s business units. Local marketing plans include establishing and growing local referral sources, planning and executing local events, identifying local marketing tactics, and supporting local marketing initiatives across various marketing channels (promotion of services, offers, messaging and content for digital and print assets). The person employed in the Regional Marketing Consultant position may be called upon to perform other duties as required or assigned.Essential Job Duties and Accountabilities •Prospect new business opportunities to drive referral growth.•Grow established business opportunities by maintaining strong channels of communication, optimizing workflow and processes, and troubleshooting challenges that arise.•Provide ongoing communication regarding satisfaction/feedback from patients and referral sources.•Identify new marketing B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) collateral to drive stronger conversions in the region.•Lead local outreach event planning to drive brand awareness, patient volume, and support product sales. Identify local events, support initial event setup, and gain team event participation. Act as main lead for events on premise.•Contribute to an annual sales plan/budget by identifying strategic marketing opportunities for growth.•Work within the assigned expense budget by exercising sound judgment with regard to general operating, travel, and entertainment expenditures.•Collaborate with local Ops, Aesthetics, and Marketing teams to align monthly plans for advertising including key messages, promotions, content focus, etc.•Develop and support regional social media marketing strategy including content creation for local posts and social paid ads (pictures, videos, testimonials, and important office news).•Participate in auditing regional content across digital and print for accuracy and to identify gaps.•Elevate new ideas that positively impact customer growth and differentiates the company from competitors.•Track and report on local competitive activity to elevate threats and opportunities.•Maintain a sufficient supply of branded literature, educational information, etc., in a clean and presentable condition necessary to effectively promote the organization’s products and services.•Actively participate in weekly/monthly conference calls and other meetings as appropriate. EDUCATION •Bachelor’s degree–required; major of Business Administration/Marketing or related field–preferredEXPERIENCE •Minimum of 3yearsof proven healthcare/business-to-business sales experience–required.•Previous experience in a dermatology setting–preferred.
