Job Summary
Delta Plows is seeking a
Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a full time, permanent position based at our office location. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements

- 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service with a manufacturing background
- Able to work in the office Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and emails.
- Order entry.
- Quoting.
- Agile in job duties, and willing to learn new skills (e.g. Invoicing, sales, CAD software and equipment, etc.).
- Assist in pricing projects and data collection projects.
- Respond to customer inquiries to provide both technical and non-technical solutions.
- Resolve complex and unusual requests and problems.
- Analyze customer needs and provide updates to other departments to contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions.
- Utilize proprietary software and technology to record and manage activities with customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Minimum two years’ experience and a manufacturing discipline
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
