We are a small skilled nursing facility with a maximum of only 16 short-term rehabilitation patients. We are attached to the Revere Health Building in Salem and work in conjunction with Revere Health to provide the best patient experience we can.

Van Driver / Activities Director / Therapy Aide- As a small facility many of our staff members have multiple job responsibilities. In this position, you will schedule and transport to patient's appointments as needed, have a daily activity with the patients, and assist the therapy team as needed. This position is usually Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 but occasionally you will have patient appoints earlier in the morning or later in the evenings. On occasion we get new admits on the weekend we will work out an on-call weekend schedule with you.
