We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales assistant who thrives in a quick paced environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls, emails and learning to use various portals to pull information together for projects.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and redirect to other sales members as needed
- Help walk in customers with selecting materials and starting their projects
- Transfer information from multiple platforms/portals into our system accurately
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience handling dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with customer and task management software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
