Each one of our Medical Sales Reps will represent our new medical products and/or healthcare services to a physician client list. As one of our successful Medical Sales Representatives you will be in a multi-faceted field selling position responsible to drive usage and recommendation amongst healthcare professionals in your assigned territory. You will collaborate with your Sales Manage to implement strategies and sales business plans that deliver sales and volume targets. As one of our Medical Sales Reps you will develop expertise in areas such as product knowledge, persuasive selling and technical support.
Medical Sales Rep (Entry Level) Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business medical sales representative relationships with targeted physicians, health care providers and customers focusing on the promotion of our innovative products
- All of our Medical Sales Representatives will call on health care providers and health-related organizations within assigned territory.
- Demonstrate advanced business acumen and pharmaceutical sales rep account acumen management skills
- Communicate contract measurement details to accounts when necessary.
- Follow up on leads among offices that have expressed interest in learning more about the Company’s products.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all orthopedic products by effectively communicating appropriate clinical, technical, and product information to customers.
- Successfully promote the appropriate on-label use of approved products.
- Develop and deliver informative medical sales presentations based on individual customer needs to maximize sales of the product portfolio.
- Complete routine reports and be compliant with industry, regulatory and company guidelines.
- Prepare annual business plans and conduct quarterly analysis of the territory performance vs. plan.
- Manage promotional budget effectively and in a compliant manner.
Medical Sales Rep Knowledge, Skills & Abilities to qualify for job openings:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Must have and understanding of the healthcare industry
- Excellent analytical skills and proven strategic thinker
- Advanced Skill in organization and follow-up remotely with ZOOM software
- Skill in negotiation and selling techniques with demonstrated accountability in executing sales plans
- Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product relation information
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to execute effective business plans for assigned territory
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment, discretion and compliance to industry ethical guidelines
- Demonstrates assertive selling techniques including asking for business on every call
