- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness.
- Identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform e-commerce strategies and tactics.
- Oversee all aspects of the E-commerce and marketing’s presence on the Amazon platform, ensuring product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing are optimized for maximum visibility, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Win in the following Installed Solutions product categories on Amazon and all other online market places: Countertops, UTS, ROs, Softeners, and Whole House Systems, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead the voice of customer through customer service team.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the e-commerce website to ensure optimal functionality, usability, and performance.
- Implement best practices for website optimization, including SEO, user experience (UX) design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Lead merchandising efforts to curate product assortments, optimize product placement, and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with product teams to launch new products, manage inventory levels, and maximize product visibility and discoverability.
- Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising tactics to drive sales and margin growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive informed decisions and measure performance.
