Preference for applicants who have experience with any of the following:
Telephone-based technical support in any industry
Data maintenance in any industry
Customer service in any industry
Billing for services in any industry
Strong keyboarding skills with a low rate of errors
Administrative support of construction-related trades
Basic understanding of IP, Cellular & Radio communications principles
Primary responsibilities include:
Receive customer and technician requests and update data and alarm system programming
On-boarding of new customer's information into our alarm monitoring software system
Coordinate activities with alarm system installing technicians to assure jobsite efficiencies for alarm installations are accomplished
Provide a timely and accurate flow of relevant information between our business offices, technicians, salespeople, and internal staff
Provide product operational support by phone and email
Compensation and benefits:
Depending on relevant experience and amount of training required; $18 - $24 hourly
