Preference for applicants who have experience with any of the following:

• Telephone-based technical support in any industry
• Data maintenance in any industry
• Customer service in any industry
• Billing for services in any industry
• Strong keyboarding skills with a low rate of errors
• Administrative support of construction-related trades
• Basic understanding of IP, Cellular & Radio communications principles

Primary responsibilities include:

• Receive customer and technician requests and update data and alarm system programming
• On-boarding of new customer's information into our alarm monitoring software system
• Coordinate activities with alarm system installing technicians to assure jobsite efficiencies for alarm installations are accomplished
• Provide a timely and accurate flow of relevant information between our business offices, technicians, salespeople, and internal staff
• Provide product operational support by phone and email

Compensation and benefits:

• Depending on relevant experience and amount of training required; $18 - $24 hourly
