Overview:
Advanced Sleep Management (ASM) is seeking a skilled Healthcare Database Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize healthcare data systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and system integration, particularly in healthcare, working closely with business development and operations to support critical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Serve as the main system contact for Sleep System EMR System; Somnoware (ResMed).
- Maintain and update Somnoware and other healthcare databases.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of healthcare data.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of standardized procedures and documentation related to Somnoware usage.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to support clinical and business decision-making.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that highlight trends for new and existing KPI’s.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance.
System Integration:
- Assist with integrating new systems and technologies into existing databases.
- Lead data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Ability to develop credibility and build partnerships with key contacts across the organization to facilitate efficiency, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for cross collaboration.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent related experience)
· 2 years professional experience in Data/Business Analyst roles
· Proficiency in SQL, database management (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server), and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
· Experience with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
· Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
