What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Manager position at Advanced?
Role Introduction
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to be part of the Commercial & Legal Team, take a lead role in complex negotiations and bring extensive experience from working within the Software indursty. A trusted partner to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Sales, Finance and Product.
What You Will Do
- Providing high quality, timely and commercially astute advice as part of a high performing team and in a fast paced environment.
- Acting as an enthusiastic and effective liaison between internal stakeholders and our customers.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
- Working with your colleagues in the Commercial & Legal team to assist with contract review and negotiation, flagging concerns and identifying pragmatic solutions within tight timeframes.
- Drafting and reviewing private sector and public sector contractual documents including NDAs, Master Services Agreements, Framework agreements, SaaS Agreements and contract amendments.
- Reviewing and responding to contracts supplied as part of ITT process.
- Working with the compliance team on GDPR/Data Processing agreements and other data protection / Information security issues.
What You Will Have
- An entrepreneurial, customer-focussed approach with a range of strategic ideas, built from previous experience of operating businesses in the IT Software/Services sector.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to bring together different parts of the business and different stakeholders to support revenue and growth aims.
