AdvancedRM is a medical legal consulting company. We focus on assisting people with disabilities or injuries return to their maximum level of function. Our team works extensively with attorneys, insurance carriers, doctors, and rehabilitation professionals to achieve these goals.
AdvancedRM is looking for a candidate with strong background in patient care. The position involves helping the case manager and completing administrative tasks associated with the work we do. The case managers are advocates for our clients. We coordinate care and assist with logistical challenges.
This is a partially hybrid position. You will be based out of your home but may need to drive to appointments within the greater Detroit Metro area as needed. There is a significant opportunity for growth for the right professional.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with coordination of medically necessary care
- Assist with case opening, gathering records, and interacting with providers
- Assist with completion of reports, letters, invoicing, and collections
- Communicate with insurance carriers, attorneys, and various healthcare professionals
- Complete documentation as needed
- Assist with medical record organization
- Respond to subpoenas
- Provide logistical support for clients
- May attend meetings or visits as needed
Additional skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Medical background or license preferred
- Background in discharge planning, rehabilitation, and community resources
- Independent worker
- Interest in working in a non-traditional setting
- Good computer skills req'd.
Interest in business development and marketing is a plus as you may assist with account development. Opportunity for growth for motivated individual.
Reliable vehicle, computer, and cell phone needed.
Hours- Primarily business hours but must have flexibility due to travel and client availability.
Will consider contract position for experienced case managers.
Optional credentials include; CRRN, CCM, CLNC, CLCP, CRC, CBIS, or eligibility.
Full time preferred but will consider strong candidates for part-time or contract work.
