**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and automotive services.

**Duties:**

- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and transmit accurate information to service technicians

- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles

- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

- Provide estimates for automotive services and repairs

- Assist in managing the workflow of the service department

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in automotive sales, auto service management, or related fields

- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Proficiency in auto estimating repair processes

Pay: $38,000.00 - $54,290.00 per year
