AHC operates a state of the art employer-based physical medicine and wellness clinic in Charleston SC. We are seeking a full time Receptionist to do a number of jobs at this medical practice.
Patient care is very important to us here, so we want to make sure that the new and old patients are treated with respect. We offer services in collaboration with our medical providers that include MD and NP physicians at this location. The clinic is additionally staffed with a chiropractor and Physical Rehabilitation Center
YOU will be in charge of many different things when It comes to the front desk. For example:answering phones, scheduling patients over the phone and in person,taking copays or deductibles, calling patients at the end of the day for their upcoming appointments,Running daily staff meetings and going over schedule.Reactivating old patients. These are just a few of the major things that need to be done. Training is provided.
Minimum of one year experience is required (in the health field) for this position.
