- English Speaking Agents: $12/hr, $18/hr for Overtime
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) Speaking: $13.20/hr and $19.80/hr for Overtime
- Monday thru Friday
- Shift is 10am - 7pm
- Training the first 4 weeks is typically 8am-5pm

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers
- And gather information over the phone
Requirements:
- Must have good data entry & telephone communication skills and data entry
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
