Shift & Hourly Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) | $20.00 - $35.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) | $20.00 - $35.00/hour
  
  

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring the production of high-quality, defect-free parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and informal sketches to manufacture precision parts.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Haas and Harding gang-type machines.
• Swiss-type machine setup experience and Robo drill milling machine experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and technical sketches.
• Basic computer skills, excellent manual dexterity, and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, with good organizational skills.
• Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time).
