The Shipping Supervisor is a hands-on position and will oversee multiple shipping departments across all New Kensington warehouses. Responsible for managing Shipping, Mailroom and Customer returns. Duties will include, managing, training, and motivating personnel, efficiency, and process improvement.

What you will be doing:

• Monitors daily shipping, customer return and mailroom operations.
• Work to lower or eliminate potential RCM (returns, credits, markdowns) costs.
• Responsible for shipment intercepts when addresses need corrected.
• Communicates with Customer Service on shipping issues.
• Maintains knowledge of international shipment process.
• Interacts with all departments within the company.
• Acts as a source of knowledge and guidance for the department
• Oversees a team of hourly team members with responsibility for training, development, hiring input, and timekeeping.
• Responsible for ensuring shipping areas are always organized and clean
• Assist with yearly inventories in the facility
• Outbound responsibilities include all areas of Shipping in all facilities preparing it for same day shipping both nationally and internationally. This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management of the employees within that department.

• Must work with all other departments in the organization.
• Strong customer orientation and professionalism.
• Must obtain Hazmat certification

Are you the right fit?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Shipping role

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting 45lbs, use of power jacks and equipment

COMPENSATION

- Wage starting at $64,600

- 2PM-10PM Monday-Friday schedule
