What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Project Merchandiser position at Advantage Solutions?
Retail Project Merchandiser – This is an entry level position with room for growth. You will be responsible for commuting to different grocery, pharmacy, or convenience stores, or anywhere that consumer packaged goods are sold.
Merchandising: removing old stock, replacing with new products, following plan-o-grams, maintain endcaps, check expiration dates, building displays and establishing rapports.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a realm of availability Monday Through Friday 6 am to 6 pm window. (If you’re able to set your schedule anytime within that criteria and meet the end date requirements for the most part you have flexibility to your schedule w/s exceptions)
- Must have access to a smart phone or tablet with high speed wireless connection.
- Must have a valid diver license and be insured as a covered driver on the auto insurance policy.
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle, 7-year criminal background check and in some cases a drug screening
- Must be familiar with a planogram, MOD, schematic, and shelf strip
