Electronic Lab Technician

• Come join our team! We currently have an exciting possible Temp-to-Perm opportunity in Raleigh, NC for an Electronic Lab Technician with 5 years of experience in building and testing prototype devices.

• Building and testing prototype devices.
• Construct, test, and repair prototype devices under test, including cables and connectors.
• Troubleshoot prototype devices using documentation and inputs from design engineers.
• PCBA rework and soldering.
• Fabricate cable harnesses and connectors based on voltage and current ratings.
• Manage and maintain lab equipment, instrument, and tools (e.g., hand and power tools).

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of power lab equipment and power lab safety.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience and knowledge of high voltage safety (e.g., safety procedures/practices, PPE, etc.).
• Experience and knowledge of machine shop (e.g., safety procedures/practices, etc.).
• Documentation skills.
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
• Good organization skills.
• Good oral communication skills.

• Experience building and testing high-voltage and high-power electronics test fixtures a plus.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
