We are seeking all qualified welders for great first shift no travel
Educational Qualification
* Applicants may be required a High School Diploma Work Experience * Possess work-related experience (preferred) Duties/Responsibilities
* Ability to silver solder various materials.
* Clean up work area and shop as needed or directed.
* Perform ordinary hand welding operations, utilizing MIG or Stick welding equipment, in all positions, for mechanical strength and high pressure on sheet metal.
* Promptness, following the work schedule
* Set up and operate a full range of sheet metal forming and bending machinery, which may be manual, automatic, or programmable.
* Work safely, follow all safety practices Relationships * Maintains external relationships with Supplier representatives, Customers, and their specific needs * Maintains internal relationships with fellow employees
* Reports to Production Supervisor(s) Performance Measurements *
Accuracy in work performed
* Achievements of I.Q.S. objectives
* Attitude towards the work and employees * Fulfilling customer machinery expectations * Quality workmanship * Work safely, follow all safety practices * Working with fellow employees Required Hand Tools * Chisel and hammer * Combination square * Protractor * Tape measure * Torpedo level * Welding gloves * Welding hood Skills/Knowledge/Abilities * Ability to use saws, brakes, and shear. * Able to read a tape measure and understand blueprints. * Successfully complete and efficiently perform all functions of the preceding grade. * Proficient use of welding practices.
