Job Summary:
Our team is growing! We have the need for immediate hiring in our Whitsett plant. We are most notable for the toothpaste cartons you see on the shelf every day.

Punctual. You understand the importance of getting to work on time. This may mean you’re waiting in the break room 10-15 minutes before your shift starts. Early is on time and on time is late.
A team player. If someone needs assistance, you are willing to lend a helping hand.
Detail-oriented. You notice mistakes and have no problem speaking up when something may be wrong.

Responsibilities:
Visually inspect product for damage or other non-conforming conditions.
Ensures the cartons are stacked and placed on pallet correctly.
Places off quality cartons on the waste pallet to be counted by the operator.
Assist the Operator in running quality cartons to customer specifications at the fastest possible speed
Reports unsafe conditions to the Operator, Team Lead, or Shift Supervisor.
Helps during machine down time with clean-up and resolution.
Performs other related productions duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED (Required)
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Ability to read and interpret information, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
