Job Requirements
Requirements of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Set-up and run Toshiba Vertical Turning Centers.
- Set-up and program on the Fanuc control and proving out first pieces.
- Select, inspect and set up tools to ensure quality production.
- Inspect and dimensionally check production to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
- Utilizing properly calibrated measuring instruments to perform in-process inspection.
- Perform routine operator maintenance and operational checks on tools and equipment.
- Maintain work area, tools and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Must have some experience working with parts from 60" up to 218" diameter.
- Must have experience on CNC machines and be familiar with GD&T.
- Must be able to interpret and implement blueprint specifications.
