We are currently seeking a Credit and Collections Analyst for a 6 month plus temporary position located in Irvine. This will be a hybrid role.
Pay $28.00 to $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities for the Credit and Collections Analyst:
- Will be responsible for assessing and managing the credit risk for customers
- Handle the billing and collections functions to ensure accurate and timely payments are received
- Will perform credit analysis for current and potential customers
- Will review financial statements and establish the credit limits
- Will monitor and negotiate the collections on the overdue accounts
- Handle the research and discrepancies process credit refunds, short pays and adjustments
- Prepare the monthly aging reports
Requirements for the Credit and Collections Analyst:
- BA/BS in Accounting/Finance preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of commercial collections experience
- Strong knowledge of AR, billing and collections procedures
- Experience with review financials and setting up credit limits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
