Salary range: Min/hrly: $45.75 / Max/hrly: $74.94
The role you’ll contribute: The Nurse Manager supervises, coordinates, and performs patient care delivery on the assigned nursing units and is accountable for meeting standards. These include, but are not limited to customer service, financial management, regulatory compliance, human resource processes, staff competency, performance improvement, policy/procedure development and compliance, and regular communication with department staff. The Manager provides leadership and oversight with all unit functions and patient care issues on a day-to-day basis. Duties and responsibility may occur outside of typical office hours.

Qualifications
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
BS in Nursing
Two years’ experience in a Nursing Supervisory capacity
Two years Unit Experience
Active RN license in the State of Colorado
NRP, BCLS, PALS, ACLS
Two years management with emphasis on operations, clinical compliance, finance and marketing (Preferred)
MS in Nursing or Business (Preferred)
