We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to be part of our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will answer customer daily and help resolve any questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interaction ensuring our Customers get an exceptional level of service.
- Ensure members are achieving desired service levels, providing regular performance feedback.
- Facilitates orders, create new accounts, maintaining accounts, providing product recommendations based on customers need, and providing payment options.
- Enter appropriate and correct data into our systems and applications.
- Work as part of a team to make sure we answer queries quickly and that we deliver an excellent service.
- Resolve customer service complaints by identifying the root cause and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve the situation and avoid it in the future.
- Ensure all communication with customers is professional and meet our standards.
- Investigate customers' problems and solutions.
- Update job knowledge about new product information, business processes, systems and participating in educational opportunities.
- Receives customers, answers their questions regarding product availability and commodity/service prices, completes order forms for an order given, and received payments for sales made.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- You understand the importance of treating clients fairly and have a track record of making an extra effort to make sure the customer feels valued
- Outstanding and proactive communication skills (listening, inquiring relevant information leading to efficient problem solving)
- Showcase a professional and friendly manner when interacting with customers.
- Ability to calmly respond to customers whatever the circumstances
- Ability to build rapport and develop a relationship with our customers.
- Team skills (supporting other team members and providing answers to questions to other colleagues)

Salary range: $960 - $1150 per week.
