JOB DESCRIPTION
The Recruiter is an integral part of a small Recruiting team, operating in a fast-paced flexible environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Continuous proactive outreach to build pipelines for both corporate and clinical talent
- Contribute creative sourcing ideas and execute on them
- Promote roles with job board ad placement and social media marketing
- Represent the company at various job fairs
- Identify and screen candidates to determine fit
- Coordinate candidate interviews
- Conduct employment references
- Collect and verify new hire documents; coordinate with other HR team members for smooth on-boarding
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Generally, 2 years recruitment experience, healthcare industry preferred
- Demonstrated experience with ATS systems
- Successful work history in handling confidential personal data
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, attention to detail
- Strong team player and commitment to achieving team goals
- Ability to multi-task and produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, general knowledge of social media applications
Salary : $49,800 - $63,100
