Therapist assists with improving client well-being and functioning by conducting clinical assessment, utilizing therapeutic techniques, and providing psychoeducation to clients and families. Develops and implements treatment plans and documents both group and individual patient care intervention and outcomes in a timely manner.

Availability
- Part time contract based for the first three months with the option to become full time with benefits following three months of employment
- Tele Health/In person /Hybrid models available
- Flexibility in setting your own schedule
Salary
- Licensed: potential to make $100,000 to $120,000 per year
- Pre licensed: potential to make $75,000 to $85,000 per year
- Prior experience with child and adolescent population and willing to carry a predominantly child and adolescent case load will be eligible for higher compensation

- “Advocare Network” You will be part of one of the largest multi-specialty physician groups in the area comprising of over 700 doctors with 25 different specialties located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania serving over 550,000 clients
- Free credentialing with all major insurers in New Jersey under the Advocare umbrella
- Flexibility in setting your own schedule
- Tele health: Virtual appointments and ability to work remotely in NJ statewide
- Physician collaboration: Availablity to collaborate with board certified child and adult Psychiatrists, advanced mental health Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in addition to other therapists and psychologists in the practice for case consultation
- You will be added to Advocare marketing and listed with all health insurances as a provider in addition to online search platforms like “zoc doc “
- Referrals: Immediate access provided to over 150 Practices with a referral base of around 550,000 clients who are served under Advocare network
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Document the patients’ goals accurately as it relates to treatment interventions and goals
- Create and review Treatment plans with clients effectively
- Utilize therapeutic techniques effectively
- Review all the Practice policies and guidelines with client in regards to cancellation policy, client responsibility, confidentiality and roles of therapist and client
- Adhere to time schedules
- Assist clients to gain insight into their emotional problems
- Respectfully maintain health boundaries with clients at all times
- Adapt to different types and needs of clients
- Provide client with effective clinical resources
- Keep clinical records secure at all times
- Ability to work independently and collaborate for case consultation
- Maintain compliance with state and federal laws, ethical board and health insurance regulations
- Use good clinical judgement in moving client through treatment
- Maintain consistent scheduling and communication with clients
- Create a plan and prepare client to maintain recovery post discharge
- Ability to work with EMR system and document as per regulations
- Accurately use CPT codes for billing of the service provided
- Have effective communication with all colleagues
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in the state of New Jersey as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Pre-Licensed to be an LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Carry a Malpractice Insurance
- Interested in a full time or part time contract position
- 1-3 years of outpatient therapy experience working with children and adolescents providing individual, family and or couples therapy
- Ability to utilize one or more psychotherapy techniques ex: (CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma focused, short term psychodynamic , family systems, behavioral modification, MBSR , ACT , holistic approach)
