Job Description:
- A dynamic change agent, with a passion for collaborative working, to contribute on our teams to deliver exceptional output and drive continuous improvement.
- You will work directly in a squad or squads to drive improving performance using Agile values, practices, and processes.
- Working with the Product Owner, you will facilitate the work being done by the squad, with specific activities that include maintaining the backlog and facilitating Agile ceremonies like stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- You will monitor team performance through the Squads metrics and KPI dashboards and help identify continuous improvement opportunities to support the team to work smarter, and more effectively.
- In this role, you will help the squad(s) mature to be more customer focused with more frequent delivery of high value outputs that are embraced by users and stakeholders.
- Enable organizational change in how we approach our workModel behaviors to support the organization transformation to a new way of working Actively create and maintain the culture within the squad based on the organization and Agile leadership behaviors
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to help drive Agile maturity
- Help your Product Owner to manage and prioritize work through the backlog
- Review and manage backlog items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriateMaintain and update KPIs and squad process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and transparent communications to Product Owner and other stakeholdersIdentify continuous improvement opportunities and best practices to progress the work of the squad
- Supplement Agile Coaches or perform Agile Coaching yourself to improve the maturity of Agile practices on your squad(s)
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will possess:-
- Experience working in Agile teams and an expert on Agile practices-
- Expertise in Scrum and Kanban practices-
- Proficiency facilitating Squad meetings to ensure they are solutions-oriented, with focus on customer needs and delivering business value-
- Experience leading Agile teams to adopt consistent norms and practices that are evaluated and improved as the teams mature.-
- Strong collaboration skills to help all team members to resolve challenges and remove obstacles-
- A data driven mindsight, leveraging business driven KPI and available metrics to manage and communicate team performance-
- A continuous improvement mind-set and dedication to finding creative ways of working-
- Ability to coach your team members on Agile Values and Practices.
- Ability to influence behavior across a large, complex global organization
- A dedication to cross-function collaboration, communication and breaking down of silos
