Roles and Responsibilities
He / She must take ownership, put in hard work, be a great team player and contribute to the company's growth.
- Study Qualification Criteria of tenders and make assessment for qualification.
- Preparation of Price bids by making / filling various schedules given in bid.
- Physical submission of tenders either personally or delegating the same to the respective account management team.
- In case of E-tenders : scanning / uploading of documents on websites.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Aerospace and Defence and GeM (Government e-Market Place) Portal.
- Attending Price-bid (Commercial opening) meetings; Preparation of comparison chart / Analysis report etc. & submission of the same to the respective Manager.
- Keeping track of live (submitted) tenders from the tender floating stage up to the award of work.
- Must be a dynamic person who can generate business for our company or a professional who can bring a project for us in the field of engineering science and technology.
- Capabilities for Lead Generation / Email Marketing / WhatsApp marketing Specialist / Data Mining (both National / International Market).
- Generating leads from National / International market through email marketing, Data mining and database development using different tools.
- Sound knowledge of finding emails / phone numbers and validating.
- Building connections on social networking sites for lead generation.
- Develop and execute online lead generation marketing plans.
- Acquiring Aerospace / Mechanical / Electrical / IT contacts for R&D activities & Generating leads.
- Identify potential clients, exploring the National / international market.
- Data searching on the internet, tracking and analysing email / Whatsapp / Calling campaign results.
- Source new sales opportunities through data mining and market research through LinkedIn and other tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of email marketing programs or processes from in-depth knowledge of campaign management and email execution tools.
- Reaching out to new customers and explaining the benefits of trainings.
- Responsible for Gathering Clients complete Information data.
- Maintaining database (Hubspot, CRM, Excel, etc.) of client information.
- Schedule activities & making Data Presentations to meet the regular Business Development targets.

Key Skills :
Candidates must know and have strong knowledge in the following software : Microsoft Excel, CRM, any other lead generation tool.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- 0-3 Years of Experience.
- Immediate joinees or at least within 15 days will be preferred.
Education :
Any Graduation, MBA / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
