Senior Compliance Product Officer
What You’ll Do
- Work with product teams to build out new initiatives and offer guidance from a compliance perspective, especially with banking, lending, and consumer products
- Ensure new and existing products operate within our compliance framework or develop and maintain new compliance frameworks, as needed
- Partner with Regulatory Counsel/Legal team to ensure adherence to applicable regulations
- Work with operational business lines to implement any updates or changes driven by the 2nd line compliance function
- Assist in any applicable remediation plans as a result of external exams or internal audits
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience, preferably with a major card scheme, clearing house, or regulated US Bank
- You have worked on product launches before or advised business lines on how to build a new product from a sound compliance standpoint
- You are able to understand complex challenges and convert them into structured solutions, which are actionable for both internal and external stakeholders
- You are hands-on, have strong project management skills in which you take full ownership and control over your projects and have the ability to manage priorities
- Knowledge of payment flows and/or banking regulations
Other Job Details:
- Based out of our New York office
- Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours/week
- Some domestic and international travel required
