What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant manager position at AE Management Group?
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the total operation of the restaurant and will be held accountable for successfully fulfilling and performing each of the job requirements.
The Assistant is also responsible for supervising other employees and in most cases must provide adult supervision for employees less than 18 years of age.
The assistant must abide by all state and federal labor laws, OSHA, and EEOC requirements as well as practice and enforce Little Caesars’ policies and procedures.
Because of the active role the management plays at Little Caesars, this position requires physical work such as lifting and unloading cases of food items up to 55 pounds and often working more than 10 hours a day.
The assistant is also responsible for supervising the performance of the crew members and sign dancers to assure that the Hot-N-Ready operating system is consistently maintained and the Hot-N-Ready promise is kept.
Responsibilities : Performs the desired tasks and duties of each station including all product preparation, pizza assembly, and expanded menu products as needed.
Ensures prompt, friendly and courteous service at all times and leads by setting the example for the employee.
Maintains a postivie professional image at all times and ensures a clean friendly environment. As well as handles customer complaints and questions, while upholding customer service standards and ensures store is properly staffed and prepared for peak business.
Assembles products according to specification charts. Serves only the highest quality products to the customer. Ensures all quality standards are met throughout the life cycle of each product.
Follows product build to and projection charts to ensure proper life span and rotation of all products & ingredients. As well as assists in controlling food cost and quality by utilizing all tools (scales, cups, templates, charts, etc).
Accurately completes daily and weekly paperwork as well as ensures all employees are properly accounting for their time worked and approve hours on a daily basis.
Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies.
Qualifications : One year of relevant experience
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
High School diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.
18 years of age, able to work a varying schedule and up to 50 hours a week and varied schedule.
Possesses a respectful character and is trustworthy. Has the ability to learn and the drive to excel.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
Dependable, hardworking and has the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
