Perform architectural design and engineering calculations. Prepare specifications, develop reports and related data tables. Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups. Prepare design drawings, construction documents, specifications, and develop reports and related data tables. Perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets under the direction of the Supervising Registered Architect. Coordinate with third party architects, engineers, designers and internal stakeholders responsible for creating the building design programs and templates. Assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel. Perform Project Construction Documents in AutoCAD, BIM Revit Architecture, Bluebeam and renderings/ Client presentations in Sketchup, VRay, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite. Design and render software using AutoCAD, BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Vray, Sketchup, Lumion, and 3DS Max. Prepare all design and construction document phases.

Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Architecture and three (3) months of experience in the job offered or three (3) months of experience designing, rendering software including AutoCAD, BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Vray, Sketchup, Lumion, and 3DS Max; and preparing all design and construction document phases.
