Job Description

• Lead and deliver in all aspects of Cost management from inception of a project through to completion, dealing simultaneously with a number of projects varying complexity.
• Provide cost analysis and reporting support to the project.
• Drive process improvements and standardization of processes by reviewing estimates for project authorisation and monitoring, controlling and reporting on authorized projects in terms of cost history and forecast.
• Manage the trend and change process, including review of change papers and preparation for Change Board
• Maintain the overall cost database

Qualifications

• Experience of undertaking cost / commercial management as part of integrated, multi-organization, collaborative teams
• Ability to identify and influence key client stakeholders, building effective relationships to grow workload / portfolio
• Degree educated
• GCC experience preferred
