Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Program Coordinator Specialist to work at a client location in San Bernardino, CA.

The Program Coordinator Specialist will plan, coordinate, supervise and administer secretarial support services for our on-site team. The specialist will develop, implement and coordinate office policies and programs consistent with client objectives. 

The Program Coordinator Specialist responsibilities include:

• Weekly Workplan
• Collect document signatures
• Document Control: File index updates, naming files, quality control as required
• Keep track of office attendance
• Logging and tracking information to and from the Client, including but not limited to: Insurance certs, contract expiration dates, check payments and other
• Invoice processing and tracking
• Log creation and tracking of data of various types
• Coordinate and schedule team meetings, maintain calendars
• Assist with client deliverables; financials, reporting, board action items,
• Procurement support
• Process public records requests
• Ordering supplies
• General office management duties
• Report creation and maintenance
• Meeting minutes

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
