What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator/Project Controls Analyst position at AECOM?
Relocation is possible. Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the activities between AECOM and the Navy's Pacific Division Environmental Program, to include interactions between the Program Staff, project managers, project scientists, contracts administrators, financial managers and representatives of the U.S. Navy. The position includes providing high-level administrative support to senior management and staff. The candidate will perform a range of general office functions and advanced administrative assignments within a paperless office environment, including electronic filing and retrieval, preparing electronic presentations and flowcharts, updating and maintaining numerous databases.

Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Due to the nature of work, U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred:
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Experience in MS Access helpful. Familiar with MS Outlook electronic mail system and retrieving information from the world wide web. Demonstrate an aptitude for initiative and possess great organizational skills.
Knowledge of basic office procedures, excellent communication and computer skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, attention to detail, possess a positive attitude
