About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to help grow AEDIT’s national network of board-certified aesthetic Providers. Ideally, we’d like this role to evolve and, based on merit, the selected candidate to be promoted to Sales Manager.
They will work collaboratively with other Sales Representatives, Account Management, and Marketing team members to conduct outreach to prospective providers to join the AEDIT platform. The ideal candidate is metrics-driven, has leadership qualities, is able to adapt and drive new business as the product evolves, and is eager to influence the evolution of AEDIT’s sales process.
Role Responsibilities
- Execute on sales strategy to expand our B2B customer base
- Provide feedback/suggestions to improve process over time
- Conduct cold outreach to prospective customers
- Identify and pursue opportunities in assigned market and national landscapes
- Manage any inbound prospects and conduct outreach in timely manner
- Manage opportunity pipeline in Hubspot
- Effectively close sales opportunities to increase company portfolio of Providers
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Work with Account Management for client handoff, ongoing relations, and upsell opportunities
- Provide training and guidance to new sales reps, as instructed by Director of Sales
- Participate in sales training and strategy discussions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
- Identify opportunities for strategic B2B partnerships and SaaS product extension
- Help build a robust sales culture driving sustainable growth, strong relationships with customer base (board-certified plastic surgeons, dermatologists, dentists) and influence in the market
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or relevant field
- 3 years conducting inside sales to enterprise clients
- Strong experience in outbound B2B sales
- Experience in SaaS technology sales desired
- Experience in healthcare/aesthetics/medical industry is desired
- Track record of hitting sales targets
- Experience working in a start-up and launching new products is desired
