What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Associate position at Aero Energy?
Aero Energy, a petroleum products sales & delivery, and HVAC company, has a position available for a confident, outgoing and organized individual in New Freedom, PA.
Customer Support experience preferred but not required
- Call Center experience (2 years) preferred but not required
- Accuracy and Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to retain information
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to work efficiently within a team and independently
- Typing is a must and should be PC literate in a windows environment along with excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Processing incoming Customer Support calls
- Providing Customer Support to internal & external customers at the office
- Processing Work Orders
- Account Set Up and Account Maintenance.
- Promoting company Products and Services
- Processing inventory-data entry
