What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Assembler - Now Hiring position at Aerotek?
Do you have panel building or electrical assembly experience? Are you looking for better hours and competitive pay?
You will be working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment to build electrical panels and assemble electrical components for industrial packaging, food-grade production and paper converting machinery. You will be working from blueprints, electrical schematics and engineered drawings to complete all work in the facility. Job duties include:
- Work from electrical schematics and blueprints to ensure all panels are built to specifications
- Assemble primary electrical panels and sub panels of various voltages
- Troubleshoot electrical voltages including 220V, 277V and 480VAC
- Assist with electrical assembly including wiring of electric motors, fans, LCD screens and pumps
- Turn on completed machinery and test machines to ensure all work is up to specifications
Pay: $20.50 to $26.50 /hr starting
Hours: 6:30AM to 3:00PM ; Monday - Friday

Requirements:
- 1 year of electrical assembly, electrical installation or panel building experience required
- Experience with working 220V, 277V OR 480V electrical systems preferred
- 2 years of panel building, electrical assembly or electromechanical assembly preferred
