Electrical Supervisor
1st shift
Stating Pay $35-$40
Direct Hire
Description:
- Will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the electrical department which includes subassembly, panel building, testing and installation
- Working in a custom machine building type environment
- Will collaborate with the operations manager in regards to production needs
- Assist in troubleshooting issues within the electrical department
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills
- Will spend 70% of the day on the floor 30% in the office
- Must have strong computer skills
- Supervisor will be looked at to help with troubleshooting VFDs, relays and PLCs
- Will oversee the testing of panels and equipment
- Responsible for ordering parts and inventory control
- Will be responsible for discipline in the electrical department
- May assist in quoting jobs
- Submit work orders as needed
- Required knowledge of electrical logic
- Familiar with VFDs
- Controls circuits troubleshooting
- Need a lot of schematic experience
- Overseeing 8-9 employees
- Distributing the work flow, whos working on what, meet the schedule
- Troubleshooting with the employees
- Power issues, phasing, motors, simple motor control circuits
- Requesting parts from purchasing, getting the tools, replacement parts
- Collaborate with other supervisors / departments
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
prefer panel shop experience
crane industry is a plus
need strong electrical skills and knowledge

Supervisors are eligible for substantial bonus each year which is based off of KPI's
Yearly reviews in Q1
Very good about keeping up with raises for employees and rewarding them for hard work
Very laid back environment with about 65 employees
Unlimited overtime, some employees work 5 10's and 8 hours on Saturday's however OT is not required
