Production Welders
$* *23hr - $25hr in Crystal Lake , IL area

Production Welders in Crystal Lake, IL area, Full time
position,
Details:
- MIG Welders are responsible for operating welders to produce steel and aluminum parts
- Welders will be setting up welder, making necessary adjustments, and replacing spool of welding wire and tips as necessary.
- Obtain designated parts from basket, stack all, skid, or floor, place completed products on conveyor lines, or to the floor, basket, or stack all as designated to keep in moving down the line.
- Also responsible for visual and periodic measurement inspections of parts/products to maintain conformance with quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints
Work Environment:
- Clean environment and well lit.
- Not temperature controlled, but comfortable in the facility.
Shift and Pay:
- 1st shift: 6 am - 2 pm
- 2nd shift: 2 pm - 10 pm
- $23hr - $25hr
- $0.30 raise every four months
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months of welding experience.

- Werner's goal is to hire people in. They carry lots of contractors due to the nature of their business but made it very clear these are contract-to-hire positions.
- They will offer raises based on tenure. $0.30/hour every 4 months and they include contract time, but not received until permanent.
- Paid Weekly on Thursdays Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance.
